  Do not order from this place - the restaurant is ran by teenagers...  we called for a delivery and gave them our address several times (we speak excellent English) while placing our order.  1 hour later our food was not delivered.  
  
  I called and asked to speak to a manager and there was no leadership in their restaurant- they hung up on me.  I called back again and stated our food was not delivered and wanted to speak to someone in charge.  They stated they were busy and hung up on me..
  
  I called back again! And demanded a refund - by this time it's an hour and 10 mins late.  I asked agin for a refund and no one there knew how to do it and I was told to come there and get a refund.  I said I was no coming up there for a refund.  
  
  They said your food will be there in a few mins and I should be happy.  And they hung up again.
  
  Jasmine was the cashier she was rude and did not want to give a refund - I asked to speak to someone in charge - another teenager named HIR said my food will be there soon and she couldn't help me.  
  
  By this time I'm furious!!
  
  This place is ran by teenagers no management

  The establishment is very quick and efficient. Ive had a massice order of spaghetti, bake zetti and stuffed shells along with a few other plates. They were all amazing! Service was unbelievable! It was super quick and i was never left dry in my cup. The waitress at the time, Autumn, was friendly, fast and funny!
  If you had to bring date to a place that didnt want to spend an arm and a leg come here. Price is good and get a real jazzy atmosphere.

  My group of four visited Vitiano for lunch. The four of us split a pie that were half cheese and half pepperoni. We were also given complimentary cheese cal zone. The bread in the Cal zone was really crispy and the cheese was excellent. The cheese pizza was more of a new york style so I really love it. We also ordered a Tiramisu to split and it was really good. Overall, if I'm in the area again, I would come back.

  I have eaten here once and was very disappointed. The sole reason for going was that I wanted a calzone with ham and pepperoni. After a 30 minute wait, the server brought out what looked like a flat pizza crust folded in half. I asked what was in it because it didn't look like a calzone. She told me it mozzarella, ham, and pepperoni. I asked about ricotta cheese, which is normally in calzone and she said it was not normal and they don't make it that way. So, I ate what was basically a Stromboli and left disappointed.
  I decided a few months later to give them another try for carryout, thinking that I maybe needed to be clearer when I ordered. I ordered the same thing and specified ricotta in the order. The server told me that they would not make it with ricotta even as an extra. I definitely will not try again.
